A Fluid and Gentle Hatha Flow

Mondays 6.15-7.45pm
Tuesdays 6.15-7.45pm
Small, friendly classes open to all levels of experience. The classes are asana-based with an emphasis on connection to the breath and developing flexibility of mind, fluidity in the body and openness of heart.

Joining a class

You are welcome to join classes at any time but please email, phone or text 07986654068 to check there is space. Feel free to attend once to try the class out before committing to a class card.

Booking a Class Card

Once you commit to come you can block book either 5 or 10 classes. If you know in advance of classes you can't attend, and give me at least 24 hours notice, I can accommodate this within reason and add any missed weeks to your block. If I don't hear from you 24 hours in advance that you can't come, then you lose the class. You can of course stop attending at anytime but notice is appreciated.


Drop-ins are possible if there is space, but if the class is full, block booking regular students have priority. Please text or phone 07986654068 to check there is room before dropping in.


You can buy a 5 class card £40, or a 10 class card £75 by cash, bank transfer or Paypal here.
Nice balance of concentrating on the basics and giving options to do more advanced postures. I especially appreciated Michelle’s attitude ie encouraging the personal response and moving ‘with the breath’

What to bring

There are mats and blankets to borrow at the venue however I recommend you bring your own if you can.
There are also bolsters, blocks and belts for your use.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing .
