At Holistic Yoga Retreats we offer a refuge from routine life; a time to release, refresh and renew.  In a caring, supportive environment we bring to life the ancient teachings of the East through the practices of asana, meditation, singing, silence, relaxation and healthy eating and cooking.

Our aim is to give you the space to unwind and the tools to inspire - enhancing your connection to the world around you and the world within you, leading to greater health, well-being and mindfulness.

We keep our retreats small to ensure that you receive all the individual attention you need and they are held in areas of natural great beauty.  Our next retreat will be our Summer Holiday Immersion, August 10-15th.
NEW! We are now offering classes in Yoga for Autism in the Bristol and Totnes areas.
The Yoga and Conscious Cookery retreat was a magical awakening of all my senses.  Along with Michelle’s gentle, flowing yoga stye and easy, relaxing meditations, it was joyful to shift energies with singing bhajans together every evening.  Ollie’s conscious cookery classes were full of belly laughs as well as belly satisfaction.  Delicious, inspired recipes and great information on personal eating habits.  Everything was deeply inspiring and uplifting.   I am refreshed and revitalized.
